I set it to Satellite and it never gave a reading. How many minutes does it take to link to them? The iOS API doesn't provide direct GPS data, so to have a Satellite setting doesn't make sense.

We are in the Swiss Alps and it has been a perfect addition to my travel apps.

I have tried to use this alt app a few times, gone into the settings and still can not get it to work.

Great app, but there’s no way to change the white lettering. Changing the background does not help.

I Love this app!!!!!! I am a traveling Site Superintendent and I’ve used this app for over 2 years now. They do not email me or bug me to death!!!!! It’s not loaded with pop up advertisements that inhibit its use and is very accurate! I deal with elevations for a living so it’s nice when you drive across this Beautiful diverse landscape of The USA to see what the elevation is. Thanks for actually not lying on your description of the site!!!!!! Great job!!!!!!

I had high surgery and have to be careful my elevation. This app works perfect for it.

Not very accurate so I am deleting the app!!!!

My husband and I are sitting next to each other on the couch. We both pull up the application. His says we are at 36 ft above sea level which is spot on. Mine says 56ft. I looked at him and said it must think I am sitting on the roof. It has been this way for a month. We are both running with the same settings on an iPhone 13 Pro. It is basically useless.

I interested in altitude toomutch

Once I figured out why I feel weird when we travel certain areas out west, near the Rockies, this app eases my mind that my symptoms are just altitude and not something more serious.

While hiking - there are many times we have no access to cellular service. This app works without cell or WiFi service. Love it

I’m sitting on chair and placed the phone on the floor turned on the app and it showed what it said the altitude was, then turned off the app and turned it on again when it was only chest high and the altitude read that I was 20 feet lower then the floor was.

Why does My Altitude keep changing when I am not moving? It’s kind of confusing.

I walked up hill and it said I went down. It also said my altitude dropped when I went up a flight of stairs. Walking on level ground it was up and down all over the place.

This app is the best not only does it give you the height, it also gives you other information like air psi and boiling points

Most recent update fixes the crash bug I was experiencing on iOS 17.5.1. Much appreciated and rapid response.

I love this app, however the latest update requires WatchOS 10.

It works again on my watch, but even after a delete from the watch and reinstall, it still does not even load there. It’s still stalls out, and I primarily bought this for my watch,

They had a glitch with May 2024 update for iOS 17.5. They fixed it within a day or so. Thanks!

After the most recent update, the app no longer works. It doesn’t even allow you to get into the application.

Crashes after update for iOS 17.5. I’ve restarted the iPhone 13 as well as delete and reload the app. Still crashes.

Stoped working. Opens, then closes. Loads when Location Services is set to Never, but that defeats the purpose.

The app was great but after this new update app crashes immediately.
